Any University of Arkansas – Fayetteville student, faculty member, or staff member can be recognized. If you wish to recognize a team, department, or student organization, a separate form must be submitted for each individual you want to honor. Anyone – students, faculty, staff, alumni, or community members – may submit a recognition, and you may nominate as many individuals as you wish.

The Golden Tusk Recognition honors individuals who have made a positive impact in one or more of the following areas: advancing student success, creating a strong organizational culture, strengthening community connections and belonging, living the Razorback spirit, and going above and beyond what’s expected.

Honorees will receive an email acknowledging the recognition and a Golden Tusk lapel pin. Pins are delivered through campus mail or may be picked up in the Division of Student Affairs office. Nominations are shared with the honoree, including the name of the nominator and the description of their impact.

Honorees typically receive their recognition within a month. There is no limit to the number of Golden Tusks an individual can receive, and recognitions may be granted at any time. Thank you for helping us celebrate those who made a positive impact. The Golden Tusk Recognition is coordinated by the Division of Student Affairs.
